Why did you choose to teach? "I like working with kids; they keep you young. The best part is teachers get summers off!"

How many years have you been teaching at Macarthur? "I subbed for three years and have been a full-time teacher since September 01"

Have you taught anywhere else? "I taught alternative education at Single Gender Academy. I subbed in Newport-Mesa School District."

Hobbies: Surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, and sleeping.

Have you ever done anything crazy in your life? "I hiked into a Costa Rican jungle with a machete and a backpack to hang out with the monkeys."

Do you teach any clubs at Macarthur? "The Boardriding Club and the Hacky Sack Club."

What do you enjoy about working with kids at Macarthur? "They are shorter than me."
